Hi Jared. There is a little bit of 3-dimensionality to this but its predominantly an extrusion. For example, the two 'boxes' coming out the sides of the underground space... why couldn't there be another two, front and back? Also you should show a ground plane of some sort. Maybe experiment with the Sandbox toolset. Chris.
